Someone recently suggested to me that to make the Gallente commando viable, I needed to use a cloak, profile dampener, a plasma cannon, and a CPU upgrade. That's probably not what you mean, though.

If you are a low leveled player scout, who does not get full bonuses to the cloak, then you are better off using the CPU and PG on other things. I don't bother with cloaks even though I do get the scout bonus. I'd rather carry uplinks and explosi...
